Bruce Pompan Launches Clear Capital Advisors

Los Angeles, January 4, 2010 -- Bruce Pompan announced today the launch of the investment bank, Clear Capital Advisors. Based in Los Angeles, California, Clear Capital Advisors will provide independent advisory and capital raising services to middle-market and emerging growth companies, with securities offered through Fallbrook Capital Securities Corporation Member FINRA / SIPC. Mr. Pompan has nearly 20 years of experience providing transaction advice to owners of closely-held companies, and has served as lead advisor on sell-side and capital raising assignments for companies throughout the US.

Prior to forming Clear Capital Advisors, Mr. Pompan was a Managing Director of Cappello Capital, where he led the firm's M&A practice. He previously was a Director of the Investment Banking Group at ING Barings in Los Angeles.
