Arrangement of senior debt facility to meet the liquidity needs of infrastructure services company.

("SCI"), a leading provider of site and road construction services and construction materials supply. Clear Capital Advisors arranged the asset-based financing after a targeted search of lenders who understood the unique asset base held by its client, including heavy construction equipment, aggregate mines and asphalt and concrete production plants. Clear Capital Advisors served as the financial advisor in the transaction.
Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Ocala, Florida, SCI is an infrastructure provider offering full-service site preparation, road and heavy highway construction, and surveying. In addition, SCI owns quarries (limestone, rock, and other coarse aggregates) and processing plants (ready mix concrete, concrete block, and asphalt). The company is a preferred provider for the Florida Department of Transportation and has led heavy construction projects for several large-scale master planned retirement communities. SCI also performs work for commercial and industrial clients, offering private site and road development.
