Farzad Hoorizadeh Joins Clear Capital Advisors as Managing Director

Los Angeles, September 20, 2010 -- Investment bank Clear Capital Advisors announced today that Farzad Hoorizadeh has joined the firm as a Managing Director based in Orange County, California. Mr. Hoorizadeh, who has more than 20 years of financial and operational experience, will provide coverage for the firm in Orange County.

Prior to Genutec, Mr. Hoorizadeh served as Director of Finance for Natrol Inc. Mr. Hoorizadeh began his career as a consultant to public companies in the real estate and technology industries and was a member of Arthur Andersen's audit practice in Los Angeles.
