Farzad Hoorizadeh is an experienced finance professional with extensive background in financial and operational functions and capital raising in emerging and middle market growth companies in various industries, including healthcare, technology, business services, apparel, and manufacturing. In his corporate positions, Mr. Hoorizadeh has had responsibility managing financial, legal and human resources departments, in addition to engineering and managing the integration of several acquisitions.
Prior to joining Clear Capital Advisors, Mr. Hoorizadeh served as an advisor and contract Chief Financial Officer to several companies in Southern California. In connection with these activities, he also provided valuation, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, litigation support services, and assisted his clients in the capital raising process.
Previously, Mr. Hoorizadeh was Chief Financial Officer of Genutec Business Solutions, an automated voice response company that privately raised in excess of $25 million, and filed for an IPO. Prior to joining Genutec, Mr. Hoorizadeh served as Director of Finance for Natrol Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of nutritional product where he oversaw SEC reporting, regular operations of the finance department, and Sarbanes-Oxley implementation.
From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Hoorizadeh was a consultant to several public companies in the real estate and technology industries. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Hoorizadeh was a member of Arthur Andersen’s audit practice in Los Angeles.
Mr. Hoorizadeh is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Southern California. He is registered with FINRA as a Limited Representative – Investment Banking (Series 79 and 63). He enjoys playing with his three children and solving complex math problems.
