Mr. Berschneider is a seasoned investment banker, complemented with diverse experience as a business development manager at a leading digital media company and as an owner/operator of a fast growing retail business.
Prior to joining Clear Capital Advisors, Mr. Berschneider was an investment banker at Madison Park Group, a boutique financial advisory services firm for middle market technology and business services companies, where he raised capital for growth companies and provided M&A advice. His sector focus included enterprise software, healthcare IT, cleantech, digital media, security and infrastructure, and e-commerce. Previously, Mr. Berschneider created and founded Loose Leaf Salad Company, a quick-service restaurant concept in which he engineered a successful exit. Mr. Berschneider began his career in business development at United Online (NASDAQ:UNTD), the holding company for leading internet service providers NetZero and Juno, in addition to Classmates.com. He was responsible for marketing products and services to Fortune 1000 companies.
Mr. Berschneider earned an M.B.A. from the Marshall School of Business at USC, where he was a Dean’s Fellowship Award recipient. He received a B.A. from Tufts University, where he graduated cum laude with a degree in Economics. Mr. Berschneider is registered with FINRA as a Limited Representative – Investment Banking (Series 79 and 63). He is a martial arts enthusiast, enjoys reading, and loves making his two little boys laugh.
